About Us

Megan Kane-Mangol is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with over 20 years of experience serving the Carlisle community. Megan specializes in speech, language, cognition, and voice disorders related to neurogenic conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease and stroke. She also has extensive experience working with children with speech sound disorders, myofunctional disorders, and stuttering. Megan is a graduate of Dickinson College and holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Maryland.

Kristin Zwemer is a licensed Physical Therapist with over 20 years of experience in the Capitol area region. She was a founding faculty member of Lebanon Valley College’s Physical Therapy program. Kris specializes in neuromuscular retraining, pain control and soft tissue techniques used for the treatment of neurological injuries, impairments and illnesses. She holds a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University.

Natalie Dell is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with 6 years of experience, specializing in voice and language disorders related to neurological conditions. Natalie also works with children who have speech-sound disorders. She has provided services to adults and children throughout the south central Pennsylvania area in various settings. Natalie is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and holds a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland.
With over 25 years of experience as an occupational therapist, Melanie is passionate about helping patients regain independence and confidence in the activities that matter most—whether that’s work, leisure, daily self-care, or community accessibility. She utilizes collaboration between patients, caregivers and other medical professionals to set realistic, meaningful goals that reflect each person’s unique diagnosis, prognosis, and valued daily tasks, routines, roles and rituals. Melanie’s clinical background includes specialized training in neurologic, orthopedic and cognitive rehabilitation interventions, fall prevention programming, adaptive equipment recommendations and training and driving assessments. Melanie takes pride in helping patients maximize their independence through thoughtful modifications to tasks, environments, and daily routines—always with an individualized, personalized, and practical approach. “Supporting individuals in returning to the life they value most is not just my job—it’s my calling.”
