Harmony in Motion Speech and Physical Therapy was born out of our frustration with ever increasing productivity standards that ran counter to our ability, as experienced clinicians, to provide quality patient-centered care. Our commitment to one-on-one therapy, patient and caregiver education, and the patient/clinician relationship is the hallmark of Harmony in Motion. Harmony is encouragement in motion, there’s hope in staying active and dwelling on the good and best practices. Staff is top notch.!Posted on JamieJody Boardman I just finished the Speak Out program and found it very helpful. The therapist was very good towor with and very accommodating with scheduling. The weekly followup Zoom sessions are an added benefit. I'm very glad I chose to take advantage of this program.Posted on Nan Nester Megan welcomed us and made my son feel comfortable from the first appointment. He looked forward to seeing her, because she made the speech and language work he needed to do fun and reasonable. She encouraged his competitive nature by turning some of his work into games. She assigned homework that targeted his needs each week. We would wholeheartedly recommend Megan and Harmony in Motion for any kiddo. In the future, if we have a need for more speech and language therapy, we will reach out to Megan first.Posted on Erin Panzica Megan is professional, organized and knowledgeable in her field, speech therapy. i enjoyed my therapy and it was helpful for me to speak more deliberately. She also showed me tools to help me remember words. i recommend Harmony in Motion to everyone who needs it.Posted on Lisa Foer My husband and I both needed physical therapy, but we didn’t know where to go. Harmony in Motion was highly recommended to us by a friend. We found it easy to set up an initial consultation with Kris, and were very impressed by our first session with her. We had multiple sessions with Kris and we were both pleased and surprised by how much progress we made. Neither of us had ever attended an exercise class before, but we now attend a weekly class at Harmony in Motion, and we both continue to benefit greatly from it. Kris is knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated and we recommend her without reservation.Posted on Lisa Excellent experience at Harmony in Motion. Kris Zwemer was the therapist who worked with me for several weeks. She helped me with a number of Issues. I will return if I need any help in the future.Posted on Carol Robison Megan da goatPosted on Anthony Farner Kris is a kind, competent, and personable professional. Her solid background in health care shows in every interaction. I first went to see her with a diagnosis of BPPV or vertigo. I was desperate after several months of PT without improvement. A friend suggested that I saw her because of her unique experience with vestibular disorders. And I'm so glad I did! I saw quick changes and realized how poorly they had managed my condition at the other PT practices I had been referred to initially. They were popularly known practices and it never occurred to me that they wouldn't be good. Kris you will give you her undivided attention, whereas at these big-name practices juggle multiple patients at a time. After just a few sessions I was cured from the vertigo! I only wish I had gone to her sooner. Unfortunately, a year later I had to see her again, this time for a frozen shoulder (FS). FS is a debilitating condition with a lengthy recovery. She provided excellent care. She gave me great suggestions to manage my pain with slight adaptations to my lifestyle. She guided me with exercises. But more importantly, she did hands-on stretches on my shoulder. I'm convinced that this made a huge difference for my FS. While I haven't gained full range of motion yet, I've come a long way and it's all thanks to Kris! I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for personalized care of for vertigo or frozen shoulder.Posted on Liz Madero My husband had stroke and has aphasia. In the months he worked with Megan he made remarkable progress. Megan was a delight to work with.Posted on Terri Semansky I worked with Kris from Harmony in Motion because I had persistent lower back pain for years. Kris was fantastic! She listened to me and helped not just resolve the back pain in the immediate but also taught me exercises that will help keep the back pain away long term. As someone that has worked with different PTs on multiple issues over the years, a good PT makes a huge difference and Kris is EXCELLENT! Thank you!Posted on Kendall Thompson
